Hither to there was the facility to down load books in DJVU files format but it seems that is dispensed with.Please see that the books can be down loaded.

Hi,

You can still download DjVu format books, if the DjVu format is available (some books do not have that format). All available formats are listed in the upper left box (labelled "View the Book") of the details page.

The DjVu link that's listed right now is simply an applet that takes you to an online view of the book. If you want to download the DjVu file itself to view offline, click the FTP link at the bottom of that box and then download the file from there. To download, simply right-click the file link and choose "save as" from the drop down menu.
