So I understand PACER but my local court justice system has a website with database online. Few court systems do this but in the terms and conditons it says you can't download the pdfs and publish them yourselves because of some bogus copyright laws but isn't the court system ran by the people , with the jury and all. Then it makes you write a perjury check mark but after some thinking, does that even hold ground anywhere and do the courts just randomly choose to enforce it even though it doesn't exist? that's like me giving someone a piece of paper promising never to speak about the information ever and that's violating their freedom of speech to speak up about injustice.
All judges, military and cops take an oath to the constitution and obivously if they do this they are violating it. It becomes a nationals security issue when you allow tyranny of suppression of information. I think there's like 1 or 2 judges yelling at people enough so the cops buy their crap but where's the actual statue. I want to know the law
