This case: https://archive.org/details/gov.uscourts.cand.308136 is between Uber and Waymo, but there is very little metadata attached to the record, so you wouldn't find it from searching for the record. Is it possible to add more metadata for the record? Also, when searching for lawsuits involving Uber (https://archive.org/details/texts?sort=-date∧[]=collection%3A%22usfederalcourts%22∧[]=uber) a more useful title may be the names of the two parties (if available), or the docket number.

They add enough data to qualify for fair use but anything more they could be striked with a copyright by a karen looking to fear monger why the 1st amendment doesn't exist even though everyone in government has to take an oath to it to uphold it. lol

300,000,000 citizens of the United States yet we still have a broken copyright system. easy fix is to contact our representives to make an exception to make all court cases exempt from copyright to expand transpancy. lots of sites of 3,000 counties + in the US don't even have a county court search website and you need to do it in person individually and have the metadata to search.

FOIA- If you know what your searching for, you ' can' get it. 'May' is a different story.
