The feed of newly updated cases always seems to get stuck for a couple of hours starting at about 12:00 UTC. Just wondering if this is by design or if there is a bug of some sort causing this.

Internet Archive is publicly committed website on github so the source code is there, comphrensible documentation i don't know i haven't checked.

my theory is the run the files through a antivirus before uploading it to the public. last thing they want is a lawsuit for having malware on their sites. i like how they run it on openlibrary where they stream the pdf instead of downloading on individually pcs. i can see how that builds up costs since they run it on totally seperate enviroments for active windows. i know the costs of this because i streamed on AWS cost me 500 usd a month just to stream a amazon workspace enviroment. i am not an it expert but no one is speaking so making myself look dumb in hopes some jimmy neutron corrects me
