PROBLEMS.
pgdvd042019 Includes some copyrighted content, and the trademark name "project gutenberg" is inserted in each file. This places some legal restrictions on how it may be distributed.
Also, a license is inserted in each file, increasing the filesize.
Also, index is lowercase, but filenames are uppercase. This does not work with linux.

FIXES.
I would like a version of pgdvd042019, minus the copyrighted content, minus the inserted trademark name, minus the inserted license, and index and filenames are the same case. All these are simple to do,
but the large size would be tedious and time-consuming. Is this modified version available?
